Job summary

Luthermazda in Brooklyn Center, MN is seeking an experienced Used Car Technician to join our high-volume, fast-paced shop. You will perform repairs per repair orders, test-drive vehicles, and diagnose systems using diagnostic tools.

This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative team and contribute to quick, quality service. The position requires ASE certifications (preferred), a strong automotive background, teamwork, a clean driving record, and willingness to pass a background

Qualifications

• Must have clean & valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C, etc.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about any additional required services and estimate time for repairs.

Used Car Technician

We are seeking experienced Technicians to join our team. Our high volume shop is fast-paced, productive and a great work atmosphere! Our small team structures allow for flexible scheduling, ongoing training and plenty of work to share. OEM certifications are encouraged!

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs

$28-$60/hour (Incentive-Based)

Qualifications

• ASE certifications are ideal
