Job summary

St. Cloud Mazda in Saint Cloud, MN seeks an experienced Auto Technician to join our high-volume, fast-paced shop. You will diagnose, repair, and test automotive systems with the help of diagnostic tools.

This role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, paid vacation, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications are optional but preferred.
• Experience with diagnosing and repairing automotive systems.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate with service advisors.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to test components and systems.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C systems.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor regarding additional repairs and time estimates.

Auto Technician

We are seeking experienced Technicians to join our team. Our high volume shop is fast-paced, productive and a great work atmosphere! Our small team structures allow for flexible scheduling, ongoing training and plenty of work to share. OEM certifications are encouraged!

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs

$28-$60/hour (Incentive-Based)

Qualifications

• ASE certifications are ideal
• Strong automotive background
• Strong teamwork skills
• Willing to submit to abackground check
• Must have clean & valid driver's license
