Job summary

Lithia Reno Subaru is hiring a Used Car Technician to perform repairs and diagnostics at our Reno, NV dealership. You will diagnose issues, perform tasks per repair orders, road-test vehicles, and document results while maintaining essential shop tools and safety standards.

We seek candidates with dealership experience and ASE certifications; Subaru knowledge is a plus. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within Lithia & Driveway’s network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years dealership experience
• ASE certifications preferred
• Subaru vehicle knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.

What You'll Do
