Lithia & Driveway is seeking an experienced automotive technician at our Sterling, VA location. You will perform repairs on both domestic and import vehicles, diagnose issues, and ensure safe, quality workmanship.

You will track time, document all work, and maintain a clean, organized workspace while completing required training and certifications. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience, proficiency in steering, suspension, brakes, and engine diagnostics, and a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive technician experience
• Proficient in steering, suspension, brakes, and engine diagnostics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• ASE certifications are a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on domestic and import vehicles.
• Diagnose vehicle issues and complete repairs safely.

Dealership: L0379 BMW of Sterling BMW of Sterling Now Hiring Experienced Used Car Technicians. Pay: $25.00 to $40.00 per hour, based on a flat-rate compensation structure. Schedule: This position is a full-time role; candidates must have open availability to work on Saturdays. Reports to Shop Foreman / Production Manager and Fixed Ops Manager
