Job summary

Pull-A-Part, LLC is seeking a Used Car Sales Associate to manage the daily operations of the used car sales lot while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting store performance. This base salary + commission role rewards relationship-building and sales growth without competing bids among reps.

You will source vehicles with local teams, handle titles and documentation, and strive to meet personal and team sales goals in a fast-paced auto environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in vehicle sales or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of car titles, vehicle paperwork, and dealership processes.
• Basic automotive and mechanical understanding.
• Comfort using mobile devices, Microsoft Office, CRM, and DMS tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work with local teams to source vehicles from auctions, dealers, and other partners.
• Conduct minor vehicle repairs and inspections.

• Maintain facility cleanliness and organization.
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
• Work retail store hours (may include weekends, overtime, and some holidays).
• Grow your skills, assist your team, and perform other assigned tasks.
