Job summary

Pull-A-Part is seeking a Used Car Sales Associate to manage the daily operations of the used car sales lot while delivering exceptional customer service. This base salary + commission role rewards strong relationship building and sales growth.

You will work with local teams to source vehicles, handle titles and paperwork, and meet sales targets. The position supports safety, efficiency, and customer care across our U-Pull-&-Pay stores nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with car titles and dealership paperwork.
• Basic automotive knowledge.
• Proficient with mobile devices and CRM/DMS tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.

• Maintain facility cleanliness and organization
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety standards
• Work retail store hours (may include weekends, overtime, and some holidays)
• Grow your skills, assist your team, and perform other assigned tasks.

What You Bring as a Used Car Sales Associate

• Proven experience in vehicle sales or related customer-facing roles
• Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of car titles, vehicle paperwork, and dealership processes
• Basic automotive and mechanical understanding
• Comfort using mobile devices, Microsoft Office, CRM, and DMS tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
