Job summary

Pull-A-Part, LLC is seeking a Used Car Sales Associate to manage daily lot operations and deliver exceptional customer service while driving store performance. This role combines a base salary with commission, rewarding sales growth and relationship building.

You'll source vehicles, handle titles, and ensure documentation accuracy, all while maintaining safety and a clean, organized sales area. Weekend shifts may apply, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in vehicle sales or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of car titles, vehicle paperwork, and dealership processes.
• Basic automotive and mechanical understanding.
• Comfort using mobile devices, Microsoft Office, CRM, and DMS tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.

• Work with local teams to source vehicles from auctions, dealers, and other partners
• Conduct minor vehicle repairs and inspections

• Maintain facility cleanliness and organization
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety standards
• Work retail store hours (may include weekends, overtime, and some holidays)
• Grow your skills, assist your team, and perform other assigned tasks.
