Pull-A-Part of Knoxville LLC is hiring a Used Car Sales Associate to manage daily operations of the used car lot and deliver excellent customer service. This base salary plus commission role rewards performance and relationship-building with customers and partners.

You will source vehicles, handle titles, and work toward individual and team sales goals while upholding safety and quality standards across the store. This role includes potential weekend hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle sales or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of car titles, paperwork, and dealership processes.
• Basic automotive understanding.
• Comfort with mobile devices, CRM, and DMS tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

As a Used Car Sales Associate, you'll manage the daily operations of the used car sales lot while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting overall store performance. • Reliable transportation
