Job summary

Pull-A-Part, LLC is hiring a Used Car Sales Associate to manage the daily operations of the used car sales lot and deliver exceptional customer service. This base salary + commission role rewards relationship-building and sales growth, with commissions on top of base pay.

You will source vehicles, process titles, meet sales goals, and maintain a clean, organized lot. Weekend hours and adherence to safety and SOPs are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in vehicle sales or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of car titles, vehicle paperwork, and dealership processes.
• Basic automotive and mechanical understanding.
• Comfort using mobile devices, Microsoft Office, CRM, and DMS tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the used car sales lot.
• Source vehicles from auctions, dealers, and other partners.
• Conduct minor vehicle repairs and inspections.
• Process car titles and ensure compliance with all documentation standards.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and organization.
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
