Job summary

Larry H Miller Automotive Group in Utah is seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead the high-volume used car operation and to double our used car volume with strong leadership and hands-on execution.

The role requires a track record of managing sales consultants, negotiating deals, training staff, and building relationships with customers and vendors, with 3–5 years of automotive experience and a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
• Prior sales consultant and F&I manager experience required
• Ability to work in both new and used cars
• Advanced computer skills with Microsoft suite and dealer management systems
• Build relationships with local and national vendors

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to drive used car volumes and meet quotas
• Coach and train sales consultants, and close deals
• Manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and service departments
• Prepare annual forecasts and budgets for the department
• Maintain strong customer relationships and referrals
• Ensure compliance with turn policies and processes

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
