Job summary

Young Automotive Group in Utah is seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead a high‑performing team, with a focus on used vehicle acquisition, appraisals, and pricing strategies. You will coach staff, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across import brands while maintaining strong inventory turns and growth.

This is a full‑time, on‑site leadership role at a premier dealership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team in the automotive industry.
• Import brand experience.
• Experience with purchasing and appraising used vehicles.
• Clean driving record; able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Proven trainer with strong leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Tekion is a plus.

As theUsed Car Sales Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing aspects of the used vehicles, including inventory acquisition, appraisals, merchandising, pricing, sales performance, and profitability. You will work closely with the sales team to coach and develop employees, drive department performance, and ensure every customer receives an exceptional buying experience. Your leadership will be instrumental in continuing the growth and success of one of our premier dealerships.
