Asbury is seeking an Automotive Used Car Sales Manager to lead the used car department, develop sales consultants, and drive monthly quotas. You will work with third-party vendors, manage inventory, and help close sales to deliver strong results.

The role emphasizes leadership, relationship building with customers, and collaboration with the service department to optimize vehicle turnover and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive experience required.
• Prior sales consultant and F&I manager experience required.
• Prior new car sales manager experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills with dealer management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the used car sales team to meet monthly quotas.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
• Close sales and supervise sales staff and F&I processes.
• Purchase vehicles for inventory from auction and off-lease returns.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper tagging and positioning of vehicles.
• Forecast and budget for the used car department.
