Job summary

Asbury in Westborough, MA seeks an Automotive Used Car Sales Manager to lead the pre-owned department, develop sales consultants, and drive monthly quotas. You will partner with vendors, manage inventory, train staff, and close deals to maximize profitability.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of automotive experience, strong customer relationships, and the ability to handle high-volume sales with professionalism. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive experience required.
• Prior sales consultant and F&I manager experience required.
• Prior new car sales manager experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen.
• Must be able to create and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with employees and customers to bridge gaps in the sales process.
• Build rapport with customers to create a referral base.
• Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing sales.
• Manage all aspects of the sales department and inventory lot.
• Purchase vehicles from auction and off-lease returns.
• Work with lot attendants to tag and position vehicles.
• Maintain and input data in vehicle management system and write up deals.
• Track revenue logs and retail delivery reports.
• Maintain inventory turn policy (45-60 days max).
• Partner with wholesale vendors and manage third-party vendor relations.
