Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Used Car Sales Manager in Saint Augustine, FL. Lead the used car department, develop consultants, manage inventory, and drive monthly quotas.

You will train staff, coordinate with third-party vendors, and ensure a high-quality guest experience. The role requires 3-5 years of automotive experience, prior sales consultant and F&I background, and the ability to handle high volume with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years automotive experience required.
• Prior sales consultant and F&I manager experience required.
• Prior new car sales manager experience preferred.
• Must be able to create and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to handle a high volume of business with professionalism.
• Advanced computer skills with Microsoft suite and dealer management systems.
• Pass pre-employment screens (background & drug).

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with employees and customers to bridge gaps in the sales process.
• Build rapport with customers to establish referrals and a strong network.
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales.
• Manage all aspects of the sales department and inventory lot.
• Purchase vehicles for inventory from auction and off-lease returns.
• Work with lot attendants to tag and position vehicles correctly.
• Desk deals, track revenue logs, and manage delivery reports.
• Monitor turnover to stay within turn policy guidelines (45-60 days).
