Job summary

Asbury is seeking an Automotive Finance Manager to guide the financial aspects of vehicle purchases, working with lenders to obtain approvals and preparing all financing documentation. The role partners with sales to present F&I options and warranties, while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely funding.

The ideal candidate will have automotive sales consulting experience, a business degree (MBA preferred), and a proven record of delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive sales consultant experience required; 1-3 yrs.
• Track record of impeccable customer service ratings.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test).
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field preferred.
• MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the sales team and customers to assist in the financial buying process of the car buying experience
• Produce and submit accurate paperwork for title work and to secure funding from finance sources in a timely manner
• Consult and sell finance & insurance warranties to customers
• Achieve monthly objectives
• Adhere to all local and national regulations and advise the sales team on new and recently changed state laws associated with purchasing a vehicle
• Partner with service advisors to assist customers with purchasing extended warranties when needed
• Must be able to create and maintain customer relationships
• Maintain impeccable reputation with lenders and vendors
• Must be able to give a proper finance and insurance menu presentation explaining warranty packages
• Build relationships with local and national bank and manufacturer representatives and meet with them monthly
