Crown Automotive Group is seeking a progressive Used Car Sales Manager with extensive dealership leadership experience to drive sales performance across our Florida locations.

Ideal candidates bring knowledge of import brands, large sales teams, and proven used car management success to sustain profitability while embracing cutting edge sales technology and customer satisfaction. EOE/DFWP.

Qualifications

• At least five years in a dealership sales environment.
• New and used inventory control skills.
• Excellent training, desking and internet sales process success.
• Use current technologies to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Experience in maintaining the profitability of a department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors as representatives of the dealership.
• Automotive experience is required.
