#1 Cochran Hyundai South Hills in Pittsburgh seeks an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead a high-volume showroom and drive an efficient omnichannel customer experience through our EXPRESSWAY sales process. You will lead a motivated team, emphasizing digital commerce and outstanding customer care.

• Dealership sales management experience required, specifically used car acquisition and appraisal.
• Interested in training/mentoring additional sales professionals and encouraging a strong, inclusive team culture.

• Create and implement customer enthusiasm and owner loyalty strategies
• Manage sales department profitably
• Manage relationships with internal departments and external resources
• Prepare for and conduct departmental meetings to convey information
• Set the vision and philosophy for departmental operations to foster and support dealership customer satisfaction objectives
• Manage new and used vehicle inventory
• Maintain internal control over inventory to prevent theft, vandalism, and lot damage
• Maintain a professional working relationship with vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers
• Contribute to a cohesive dealership team atmosphere, working toward identified dealership goals

#1 Cochran is actively seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager for our South Hills Hyundai Showroom!

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of managing a successful high-volume showroom and leading a talented sales team. This individual will become proficient in driving an efficient omnichannel customer experience through our all-new, cutting-edge EXPRESSWAY sales process, and will have a thorough understanding of digital commerce and supporting technologies. Additionally, a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer care is critical in this role.
