Responsibilities

• Responsible for the success and profitability of used car sales, sales team building and management, and more.
• Hire, train, and assist the sales team in closing deals, drive sales, produce results
• Lead, motivate and coach the sales team to achieve revenue targets
• Monitor/manage the sales team's progress and performance
• Engage with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat business
• Help manage all aspects of the sales department and inventory lot
• Perform other duties as requested

Requirements

• Automotive Sales Manager experience is required
