Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with employees and customers to bridge process gaps.
• Hire, train, motivate, and develop the sales management staff.
• Lead regular staff meetings and communicate effectively.
• Develop future managers through growth and performance.
• Maintain the website and pricing updates.
• Ensure pricing to market while maintaining gross profit.
• Lead the used car sales team to meet/exceed targets.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive business.
