Job summary

Group1 Automotive, Inc. is seeking an experienced Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead and grow the pre-owned operation at a premier Oklahoma City/Edmond dealership. You will drive used-vehicle sales, optimize profitability, and build a high-performing team.

You must have a proven track record in managing a busy used car department, strong leadership, coaching, and the ability to execute effective pricing, merchandising, and sales processes while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous Used Car Manager experience is required.
• Proven success managing a high-performing used vehicle department.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Ability to manage inventory, pricing, merchandising, and sales processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations, gross profit management, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the pre-owned vehicle sales department
• Drive used vehicle sales volume, profitability, and inventory turn
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales staff
• Monitor and improve sales processes, customer satisfaction, and performance metrics
• Work closely with inventory acquisition and pricing strategies
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations
• Foster a positive, accountable, and results-driven culture
