Group 1 Automotive, a Fortune 250 leader in automotive retail, is seeking an experienced Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead the pre-owned operation at a dealer in the Oklahoma City/Edmond market. You will drive used vehicle sales, coach a high-performing team, and improve profitability while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Previous Used Car Manager experience is required.
Proven success managing a high-performing used vehicle department.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Ability to manage inventory, pricing, merchandising, and sales processes.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong understanding of dealership operations, gross profit management, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the pre-owned vehicle sales department.
Drive used vehicle sales volume, profitability, and inventory turn.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales staff.
Monitor and improve sales processes, customer satisfaction, and performance metrics.
Work closely with inventory acquisition and pricing strategies.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations.
