Qualifications

• 2–3 years of dealership sales leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers to develop a base of referrals and establish a customer network.
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales.
• Desk deals for sales professionals and take T.O.'s to maximize deal potential.
• Help manage all other aspects of the sales department.
• Work with wholesalers to purchase vehicles for inventory from auction, off-lease returns, and intercompany transfers.
• Complete trade appraisals.
