You will oversee all aspects of the used-vehicle operation, including inventory, pricing, acquisitions, and reconditioning, working closely with sales and service to maximize profitability. The role offers a $5k monthly draw plus uncapped commission, with potential total earnings in the six figures.

Qualifications

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle acquisition, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
• 1+ years of experience as a Used Car Manager at an automotive dealership.
• Experience in automotive management, specifically with used car operations.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of used vehicle operations: inventory, pricing, acquisitions, marketing and reconditioning.
• Manage used car inventory to maintain optimal stock levels and pricing.
• Acquire pre-owned vehicles through auctions, trade-ins, and other sources to ensure diverse inventory.
• Coordinate with service to recondition vehicles for sale and achieve profitability targets.
• Collaborate with sales to push aged units and align inventory with demand.
• Monitor market trends and adjust inventory pricing to stay competitive.
