Job summary

Nissan Chattanooga East, a Sonic Automotive family dealership, is seeking a customer-focused dealership support representative to respond to internet inquiries, enter data into the CRM, and generate service appointments.

You will conduct phone surveys, use lead management tools, and prepare reports while upholding ethical behavior and delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
