Job summary

Castle Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Sales Manager to lead a used-vehicle sales team. You will oversee inventory, coach staff, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing profitability.

The role requires hiring, training, goal setting, and hands-on customer interactions to drive sales. You’ll train staff on closing techniques, present vehicles with confidence, and mentor the team to exceed quotas.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or Pre-Owned Sales Manager.
• Leadership skills with a passion for training others.
• Energetic, goal‑oriented and able to negotiate pricing.
• Excellent customer service, communication, computer and math skills.
• Clean driving record with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Automotive Sales Manager

We're looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team at Castle Automotive Group.

As an Used Automotive Sales Manager, you'll oversee inventory, coach the sales team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing profitability.

How You’ll Contribute to the Team:

• Hire, train, and develop a team of automotive salespeople
• Coach salespeople on standard methodologies for closing deals and provide mentorship to improve sales performance
• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
• Describe all optional equipment/products available for customer purchase
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
