Castle Automotive Group in Oak Lawn, IL is seeking an Automotive Sales Manager to lead our used-vehicle sales team. You will oversee inventory, coach associates, and drive a best-in-class customer experience while maximizing profitability.

This role requires hands-on leadership, a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and a customer-first approach. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, with performance-based incentives.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience as an Automotive Sales Manager, or Pre-Owned Sales Manager
• Leadership skills with a real passion for training fellow employees
• Enthusiasm with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Goal-oriented, friendly personality, especially when negotiating pricing
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Quality customer service, communication, computer and basic math skills
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license

• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
