Castle Automotive Group in Oak Lawn, IL is seeking an Automotive Sales Manager to lead our Used/Pre-Owned sales team. You will oversee inventory, coach staff, and drive customer experience while maximizing profitability.

You’ll train salespeople, set goals, and guide pricing strategies with a data-driven approach. Ideal candidates have leadership experience in automotive sales, a high-energy, results-driven attitude, and strong communication skills.

• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals

We're looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team at Castle Automotive Group.

As an Used Automotive Sales Manager, you'll oversee inventory, coach the sales team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing profitability.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Sales Manager, orPre-Owned Sales Manager
• Leadership skills with a real passion for training fellow employees
• Enthusiasm with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Goal-oriented, friendly personality, especially when negotiating pricing
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Quality customer service, communication, computer and basic math skills
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
