Job summary

Paul Miller Honda in West Caldwell, NJ is seeking a talented Used Car Manager to take our pre-owned department to the next level. This full-time role offers base pay with commissions and a strong earning potential in a thriving market.

We provide a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, a supportive team environment, and tools to succeed in a rapidly growing operation. Prior v-Auto experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates will have several years of experience managing a used car department.
• Must be highly skilled in pricing cars, appraising trades, buying inventory at auction, displaying and marketing used vehicles and desking deals.
• Ability to coach the sales team to increase used car volume is a must!
• v-Auto experience is highly preferred!
• Candidates must possess a valid, in-state Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the pre-owned department to maximize sales and profitability.
• Mentor and coach sales staff to improve closing rates and F&I performance.
• Oversee pricing, appraisals, inventory buys, and vehicle merchandising.
