Diehl Hyundai of Massillon is seeking a hands-on Used Car Manager to build the right inventory, price it to market, move it quickly, and protect gross. This role connects acquisition, appraisal, reconditioning, merchandising, and sales execution into one disciplined process.

You will own the inventory plan, oversee the buying center, set market-based pricing, and lead the used-vehicle sales effort with cross-department collaboration to improve traffic and overall performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in used-vehicle inventory management and pricing.
• Strong leadership and cross-department coordination.
• Data-driven with ability to use market data tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the used vehicle inventory plan for the dealership, including inventory level, age, mix, price point, mileage, segment, and fuel type.
• Oversee the buying center and service lane acquisition opportunities.
• Set and maintain market-based pricing that creates traffic, supports turn, and protects gross opportunities.
• Lead and support the used vehicle sales effort, creating a culture of urgency and accountability.
• Collaborate with the General Manager, service leadership, marketing, and the BDC to improve traffic, conversion, and total-store performance.
