This role offers a lucrative compensation plan with a $2k draw plus commission and an on-target earnings of $80,000+ per year, plus comprehensive benefits and career growth within a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated success in telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales with targets.
• Strong ability to engage customers, build rapport and address needs.
• Excellent verbal communication with persuasive demeanor over the phone.
• Handle rejection and persistently pursue leads with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable using CRM software and productivity tools to manage leads.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the USA and willing to pass pre-employment checks.

Aufgaben

• Call, follow up, and schedule appointments for appraisals and purchases.
• Utilize CRM for prospecting and lead generation.
• Interface with used vehicle owners to purchase vehicles from appointments.
• Greet and engage customers to appraise and offer to purchase.
• Appraise vehicles by asking questions, taking photos, and data entry.
• Work with Sales Managers to build and propose offers.
• Introduce buyers to sales for new vehicle purchases after use vehicle sale.
• Review monthly goals with management to optimize plans.
