Responsibilities

Call, follow up and schedule appointments for customers to appraise and purchase their used vehicles.
Utilize CRM for prospecting and lead generation.
Interface with current used vehicle owners from appointments set and dealership service drive with the purpose of purchasing their vehicle.
Approach, greet, and engage dealership customers to appraise and offer to purchase their current vehicles.
Appraise used vehicles by asking questions, taking pictures, and inputting data into the inventory system.
Work with Sales Managers to build and propose an offer to seller.
