Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Compliance Administrative Assistant to ensure office adherence to USDOT and regulatory policies. You will review employee files, maintain compliance records, and support reporting and licensing tasks for the USDOT program.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years of administrative experience, with strong communication and organizational skills. The position includes benefits and a starting wage of $22.50 per hour.

Qualifications

  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of administrative assistant experience in a professional environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to synthesize facts and information clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Review employee files to ensure compliance with state, federal, contract and company policies.
  • Maintain compliance records and produce reports for the Project Manager.
  • Maintain USDOT required records and filings.
  • Coordinate drug testing schedules and licensing support.
  • Support billing processes and monthly payroll tasks.
  • Support compliance with regulatory requirements.
