Reporting to the Global Head of Capital Markets, you will bridge legal, risk, and product teams to design scalable use cases, while negotiating high-impact deals at the C-level and leveraging AI tools to advance

Formación

• 12+ years of experience in traditional capital markets.
• Experience with repo markets, swap dealers, derivatives margining, or collateral management.
• Understanding of dealer funding models and regulatory capital considerations.
• Knowledge of margin frameworks, netting, segregation, rehypothecation, and liquidity requirements.
• Proven ability to negotiate high-impact strategic deals at a C-level audience.
• Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompts.

Responsabilidades

• Drive USDC adoption across the repo and swap dealer ecosystem.
• Lead technical engagement with swap dealers, primary dealers, FCMs, CCPs, custodians, and tri-party agents.
• Coordinate pilots from design through live execution with internal product and engineering teams.
• Partner with legal, compliance, and risk to align USDC integrations with derivatives and market regulations.
• Advise senior leadership on where USDC can deliver capital, liquidity, and operational benefits.
