Circle, a leading internet financial platform, seeks a capital markets expert to drive USDC adoption across the repo and swap dealer ecosystem. The role interfaces with primary dealers, swap dealers, and market infrastructure providers to design and execute secured financing and margining workflows.

You will partner with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure regulatory alignment and deliver scalable, defensible use cases while advising senior leadership on liquidity and operational

Formación

• Extensive experience in traditional capital markets, with exposure to repo markets and derivatives.
• Understanding of dealer funding models, balance-sheet constraints, and regulatory capital.
• Ability to negotiate high-impact strategic deals at a C-level audience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead capital markets initiatives to drive USDC adoption across repo and swap dealer ecosystems.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk teams to align integrations with derivatives rules.
• Act as internal expert on repo markets, dealer balance sheets, and derivatives market structure.
• Engage with dealers, primary dealers, FCMs, CCPs, custodians, and market infrastructure providers.
