Circle, NYSE: CRCL, is seeking a capital markets specialist to drive USDC adoption across the repo and swap dealer ecosystem. You will integrate USDC into secured financing, derivatives margining, and dealer balance‑sheet workflows, collaborating with primary dealers, swap dealers, and market infrastructure providers.

This hands‑on role sits at the intersection of market structure, regulation, and product execution.

Formación

• 12+ years in traditional capital markets with repo/derivatives exposure.
• Strong understanding of margin frameworks, liquidity, and regulatory capital.
• Proven ability to negotiate high-impact deals at the C-level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engagement with dealers and market infrastructure providers; drive pilots from design to live execution.
• Ensure USDC integrations align with derivatives and market regulations.
• Advise senior leadership on capital, liquidity, and operational benefits of USDC.
