Circle is seeking a capital markets leader to drive USDC adoption across the repo and derivatives ecosystem in the United States. You will work with primary dealers, swap dealers, and market infrastructure providers to design, pilot, and implement secure USDC integrations.

The role combines market structure, regulation, and product execution. This hands-on position requires deep experience in traditional capital markets, with a focus on repo markets, and the ability to negotiate strategic deals

Qualifications

• 12+ years of extensive experience in traditional capital markets with exposure to repo markets, derivatives margining, or collateral management.
• Strong understanding of dealer funding models and regulatory capital considerations.
• Familiarity with margin frameworks, netting, segregation, and liquidity requirements.

Responsabilités

• Drive USDC adoption across repo and swap dealer ecosystem.
• Engage with dealers, funding teams, and market infrastructure providers to pilot and implement integration designs.
• Ensure regulatory alignment with derivatives and market regulations in collaboration with legal and risk teams.
• Advise leadership on capital, liquidity, and operational benefits of USDC integrations.
