FreezPak Logistics is seeking a USDA Coordinator to ensure import/export activities comply with USDA regulations, verify health certifications, coordinate inspections, and serve as the liaison between customers, USDA inspectors, and internal teams. You’ll help keep operations compliant, efficient, and customer focused.

The role requires 2–5 years in USDA coordination or food logistics, a degree in food science or logistics, and HACCP/USDA certification a plus.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in USDA coordination, import/export compliance, or food logistics preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in food science, logistics, or a related field preferred.
• USDA compliance or HACCP certification a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency with compliance documentation and Microsoft Office, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate USDA import and export inspections in compliance with federal regulations.
• Obtain, review, and verify health certifications to ensure products match documentation.
• Schedule and oversee USDA inspections, serving as the primary liaison between inspectors, customers, and FreezPak operations.
• Coordinate labeling, staging, and approval stamping for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Communicate with customers to resolve discrepancies or reject shipments efficiently.
• Ensure proper sanitization of USDA inspection rooms following each inspection.
• Assist with customer service functions, billing reviews, and shipment scheduling as needed.
• Train additional team members on import/export procedures and compliance standards.
