Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse or shipping and receiving experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven mathematical skills for basic arithmetic.
• Proven knowledge of reporting tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for communication and basic financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import/export customs and shipping activities with accurate documentation.
• Track containers in port systems, document vessel delays, and verify container history.
• Coordinate fumigation and inspections with government agencies; provide required documents.
• Liaise with customs brokers to arrange container deliveries and pickups; coordinate schedules.
• Prepare import/export documentation for government agencies and maintain logs.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and maintain records.
• Travel by automobile or airplane for business purposes as required.
• Other duties may be assigned.
