Alpha Omega Integration is seeking a Senior Director, Business Development focused on USDA opportunities in the Federal sector. The role requires building and qualifying a strong pipeline, shaping capture strategies, and leading proposal efforts with cross-functional teams.

You will engage with USDA stakeholders, monitor market trends, and represent the company at industry events, all while guiding a team to win new federal contracts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development within the Federal sector, with a focus on USDA.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field.

Responsibilities

• Develop net new business within the USDA and build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Qualify leads and opportunities based on established criteria and strategic objectives, focusing on Cyber, AI, or Digital Modernization.
• Promote deals from Qualify to Capture within reasonable timeframes.
• Collaborate with proposal teams to develop compelling, compliant proposals.
• Monitor industry trends and contribute to BD strategies aligned with goals.
• Represent the company at industry events and build a professional network.
