Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in federal business development, focused on HHS.
• Proven ability to identify, qualify, and win net-new opportunities.
• Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and HHS procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; capable of independent work.

Responsibilities

• Qualify, capture, and develop strategic pipeline for federal Health agencies.
• Build and nurture relationships with agency leadership and program offices.
• Collaborate with proposal teams to craft compelling, compliant bids.
• Lead market intelligence and strategy for healthcare-focused federal opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events and develop strategic partnerships.
• Support annual growth planning, forecasting, and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with delivery and executive teams to win new work.
• Oversee color teams, reviews, and readiness for proposals.
