Job summary

Augusta National Golf Club is seeking a Stand Attendant for the Masters Tournament. You will support inventory resupply and ensure service meets club standards while engaging with members, players, and patrons.

Responsibilities include delivering products from storage to display areas, unloading supplies, stocking stands, and guiding guests with a courteous, professional demeanor during events, including weekends and holidays as needed.

The Stand Attendant is primarily responsible for the resupply of inventory from the storage area to the assigned stand, ensuring all service meets Club standards.

Pay Rate: $10.00/hr

Essential Functions of the Job

• Delivers products from storage to display areas within the stand in an assigned area.
• Unloads products from storage and delivers to specified or display areas as directed by the Assistant Supervisor.
• Places products neatly in appropriate display area or location as directed by the Assistant Supervisor.
• Greets and directs all members, players, caddies and patrons in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Learns all surrounding locations to include restrooms, First Aid, score boards, condiment stands, exits from course, pairing sheets and nearby golf holes to assist with patron questions and directions.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains the confidentiality of all Club business.
• Demonstrates a commitment to upholding professional standards in the work environment.
• Performs all other duties assigned by management deemed to be an integral part of the job.
• Attends mandatory orientation and training sessions.
• Required to work schedule as defined by department to include holidays, weekends and overtime as needed.

• Ability to work in conditions that may include heat, cold, rain or other adverse conditions.
• Requires stooping, bending, lifting and transporting of objects up to 30 pounds.
