Job summary

Augusta National Golf Club is seeking staff for the Masters Tournament. Pay rate is $10.00/hr as part of the team delivering products, greeting guests and guiding patrons around the course.

Responsibilities include stocking displays, unloading and transporting items, and assisting guests with directions while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards. Requires flexibility for holidays and overtime; training sessions are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in conditions that may include heat, cold, rain.
• May require lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Willingness to work on holidays, weekends and overtime as needed.

• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
• Attends mandatory orientation and training sessions.
• Works schedule including holidays, weekends and overtime as needed.

Pay Rate: $10.00/hr

Essential Functions of the Job

• Delivers products from storage to display areas within the stand in an assigned area.


• Unloads products from storage and delivers to specified or display areas as directed by the Assistant Supervisor.


• Places products neatly in appropriate display area or location as directed by the Assistant Supervisor.


• Greets and directs all members, players, caddies and patrons in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.


• Learns all surrounding locations to include restrooms, First Aid, score boards, condiment stands, exits from course, pairing sheets and nearby golf holes to assist with patron questions and directions.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains the confidentiality of all Club business.


• Demonstrates a commitment to upholding professional standards in the work environment.


• Performs all other duties assigned by management deemed to be an integral part of the job.


• Attends mandatory orientation and training sessions.


• Required to work schedule as defined by department to include holidays, weekends and overtime as needed.
