Job summary

Augusta National Golf Club is seeking a Greeter for the Masters Tournament. You will welcome patrons, guide guests, and ensure service meets Club standards, helping create a memorable experience for members, players, caddies, and spectators.

Responsibilities include learning venue locations, coordinating with the Stand Supervisor on timing and alcohol availability, and upholding confidential club information while working scheduled hours including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Displays interpersonal skills to work within a team environment.
• Ability to work in conditions that may include heat, cold, rain or other adverse conditions.
• Requires stooping, bending, lifting and transporting of objects up to 30 pounds.
• Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
• Displays integrity and sincerity interacting with others.

Pay Rate: $10.00/hr

Essential Functions of the Job

• Greets and directs all members, players, caddies and patrons in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Learns surrounding locations including restrooms, first aid, score boards, condiment stands, exits from course, pairing sheets and nearby golf holes that patrons may request.
• Assists the Stand Supervisor in determining the time to be posted on Awareness Signs pertaining to wait time and alcohol availability.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains the confidentiality of all Club business.
• Demonstrates a commitment to upholding professional standards in the work environment.
• Performs other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job.
• Attends mandatory orientation and training.
• Required to work schedule as defined by department to include holidays, weekends and overtime as needed.
