Augusta National Golf Club invites you to join the team supporting the Masters Tournament in Augusta, GA. You will help deliver products from storage to stands, greet patrons, and guide guests around the course with professionalism and courtesy.

The role requires physical stamina to lift up to 30 pounds, the ability to work in various weather conditions, and a commitment to teamwork, accuracy, and guest satisfaction during a world-famous event.

Qualifications

• Greet customers and direct patrons in a friendly, professional manner.
• Lift and transport objects up to 30 pounds.
• Work in varying weather conditions.
• Assist with directions and site layout.
• Attend orientation and training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Delivers products from storage to display areas within an assigned area.
• Unloads products from storage and delivers to specified or display areas as directed by the Assistant Supervisor.
• Places products neatly in appropriate display area or location as directed by the Assistant Supervisor.
• Greets and directs all members, players, caddies and patrons in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Learns all surrounding locations to include restrooms, First Aid, score boards, condiment stands, exits from course, pairing sheets and nearby golf holes to assist with patron questions and directions.

Pay Rate: $10.00/hr

Essential Functions of the Job

• Delivers products from storage to display areas within the stand in an assigned area.


• Unloads products from storage and delivers to specified or display areas as directed by the Assistant Supervisor.


• Places products neatly in appropriate display area or location as directed by the Assistant Supervisor.


• Greets and directs all members, players, caddies and patrons in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.


• Learns all surrounding locations to include restrooms, First Aid, score boards, condiment stands, exits from course, pairing sheets and nearby golf holes to assist with patron questions and directions.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains the confidentiality of all Club business.


• Demonstrates a commitment to upholding professional standards in the work environment.


• Performs all other duties assigned by management deemed to be an integral part of the job.


• Attends mandatory orientation and training sessions.


• Required to work schedule as defined by department to include holidays, weekends and overtime as needed.
