Job summary

Augusta National Golf Club is seeking a Brewing Attendant to prepare hot and cold beverages for the Masters Tournament. You will set up stands, deliver drinks, and ensure quality and cleanliness at all times while engaging with members and guests in a courteous, professional manner.

This seasonal role requires the ability to work in varied conditions, lift up to 30 pounds, and comply with club safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Requires standing or sitting for extended periods and ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Requires a valid driver’s license if operating a Club vehicle or golf cart.

Job description

The Brewing Attendant is primarily responsible for preparing hot and cold beverages such as coffee and teas, ensuring all services meet Club standards.

Pay Rate: $10.00/hr

Essential Functions of the Job
  • Brews coffee and tea products according to guidelines.
  • Prepares stands for patrons.
  • Delivers product to each line as required by the operational plan.
  • Checks quality control at stand lines.
  • Communicates with expediters and stand leaders on product needs.
  • Keeps equipment and workstation clean to ensure a sanitary and safe work environment.
  • Greets and directs all members, players, caddies, and patrons in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Operates a golf cart and/or full-sized vehicle, following all legal and Club safety regulations.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintains the confidentiality of all Club business.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to upholding professional standards in the work environment.
  • Performs other duties that are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job.
  • Attends mandatory orientation and training sessions.
  • Required to work schedule as defined by the department to include holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
