Job summary

Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. (IGH) seeks a Strength and Conditioning Coach for USAR H2F to design and deliver safe, scalable training aligned with AFT/CFT, AR standards, and unit METL.

The role interfaces with unit leadership, medical staff, and performance professionals within contract scope. The successful candidate will maintain credentials, complete mandatory training, and travel as required to support training events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology.
• CSCS (NSCA) or SCCC (CSCCA) certification.
• Current BLS/CPR with AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of Army standards, doctrine, and regulations related to H2F.
• Collaborate as an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic H2F support.
• Coordinate meetings with Government personnel to synchronize H2F efforts with the unit Yearly Training Calendar.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology

CSCS certification (NSCA) or SCCC certification (CSCCA)
