Job summary

Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. (IGH) is seeking a Strength & Conditioning Coach for the USAR H2F program in New Jersey.

The role designs and delivers safe, scalable training to Army Reserve personnel and works with unit leadership, medical, and other performance professionals to optimize readiness and reduce injury risk. The ideal candidate has a CSCS or CSCCA credential, a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology, and at least three years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology.
• CSCS certification or CSCCA certification required.
• Minimum 3 years designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for tactical populations or athletic teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of Army standards, doctrine, and regulations related to H2F.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to synchronize domain programming.
• Participate in meetings to align HPT efforts with unit Yearly Training Calendar.
• Maintain clear communication with unit leadership and stakeholders.
• Provide data for required reports and deliverables per schedule.
• Maintain credentials and certifications as required by policy.
• Complete mandatory government trainings within set timeframes.
• Adhere to DHA policies and SOPs.
