Job summary

Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. (IGH) seeks a qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Army Reserve Holistic Health and Fitness program.

The role designs safe, scalable training to support readiness, performance, resilience, and injury prevention, coordinating with unit leaders and medical staff under contract. The candidate will maintain credentials, deliver educational materials, and travel as required for unit training events, while adhering to DHA and Army guidelines and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
• CSCS or CSCCA certification required; BLS/CPR with AED.
• 3 years of experience designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for tactical populations or athletic teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of Army standards, doctrine, and regulations related to H2F (FM 7-22, AFT, CFT, AR 600-9, AR 350-1).
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic H2F support and synchronized domain programming.
• Lead development and implementation of PRTP and SCP programs.
• Coordinate with HPT and unit medical personnel to support Soldiers returning from injury.
