Job summary

Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. (IGH) seeks a Strength & Conditioning Coach for Army Reserve H2F to design and deliver safe, scalable training aligned with AFT/CFT and METLs.

You will collaborate with unit leaders, medical personnel, and HPT to synchronize programs and ensure readiness. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Exercise Science, CSCS or CSCCA credential, BLS/CPR, and at least 3 years designing conditioning programs for tactical or athletic populations, with physical demands

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field.
• Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or CSCCA SCCC.
• Minimum 3 years designing and implementing strength programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of command-specific PRTP and SCP.
• Design and lead periodized strength & conditioning programs.
• Coordinate with HPT, unit medical personnel, and leadership.
• Maintain credentials and ensure compliance with policy manuals.
