Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• CSCS certification or CSCCA certification with current BLS/CPR-AED.
• Minimum 3 years designing/implementing strength programs for tactical or athletic populations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of PRTP/SCP aligned with AFT/CFT and METL.
• Design and deliver periodized strength and conditioning programs.
• Coach and mentor unit HITs for safe and effective training.
• Maintain professional credentials and complete required training.
